"I don't care to"

Kentucky, the place of many things and many people... or maybe it is just where I am living. I started my day going on an adventure with a girl from CAP named Janean. We were looking for winter clothes at Threads and Goodwill. We may have gotten lost a couple of times and passed up the store a few more times, but it made the car ride even better. But since in the end we ended up in Berea we stopped by to see Paul before his lunch break. Lucky for me I got chocolate out of the deal, because Paul hates candy and sweet things.

NO Make up, No Revival, but there was Paul

As I guessed I was one of the few girls wearing make up today at the picnic, but I didn't feel left out of place... since I never wear make up anyways (unless I'm going to a party). However I felt pretty good about myself. I walked two one mile marathons today! Which is really nothing compared to how much I use to run when I did Cross Country and how much I use to walk before I got asthma. even though this shouldn't be seen as a huge accomplishment... I see it as one. Maybe one day I'll be able to run again and not worry about being out of shaped or get sick afterwords. So new goal for whenever.

Homesick, Revivals, and Picnics

Homesick:
Well I am either getting tired or I'm not keep busy enough, because for the first time in my life I got homesick. After talking about it with my roommate it was brought up that being here is different than College and all my other trips away from home. I have way too much free time. The cure to homesickness is keeping busy, but here with my night shifts and lack of activities getting homesick is so easy. I'm use to constantly being busy, but here I can just stay in bed all day and watch tv shows like, Raising Hope, Running Wilde, GLEE, and Castle.

Boring, but CRAZY...?

I worked my very first, first shift today and it was something else. I don't know what was worse, the fact that I left the office for about a minute and I came to a lady young girl waiting to be checked in and I freak out and ran out the door looking for someone to check her in, or the fact that I had nothing to do for half of my work day. I ended up cleaning up the play room and being all teacher like. It was kind of cute, but I wish I knew what was going on and who was still living at the place I worked at.

Another Sunday of being lazy

Its Sunday and nothing too exciting has happened. I went to mass of course and I saw Paul afterwords. We went to McDonald's for breakfast, watched some ALF and then I dragged him along on a house outing. I wish I took pictures of the place, but on the random lake thing in Mount Vernon there is a bate shop that seconds as a restaurant. You may think it is gross, but the food was amazing and I kind of love it. There were seven of us and almost everyone got some fried catfish.  For today I feel that might be the most exciting thing  going on all day. So If I wanted to be more productive I could finish up some letters and send them out tomorrow. Lucky for me I start work early in the morning at 8:00 in the morning. :-) yay! early mornings :-)
